Our Mission Statement
Semantic Strategies was founded on a simple belief:
Insight and resources are vital for strategic decision-making, stakeholder engagement, fostering meaningful community relationships, and enabling effective communication.
We believe these tools should not be reserved, but accessible to all of those working to create lasting impact.
Meet the Founder

Alongside leading Semantic Strategies, Selma works within the legal industry supporting complex financial, regulatory, and operational matters for one of the world's leading law firms. She also serves as Vice President of Marketing for the East Euro Youth Society and sits on the Associate Board of Girls on the Run - Philadelphia.
Earlier in her career, she served as Student Body President and Trustee at the University of North Florida, where she worked alongside governmental and university leadership, legal counsel, law enforcement, and institutional stakeholders on governance initiatives, budget oversight, and long-term planning. During her tenure, she approved a $4.5 million budget, chaired the Student Fee Assessment Committee, expanded recurring partnerships supporting the university's food pantry, secured more than $200,000 for a new campus dining venue, and represented students statewide as a voting member of the Florida Student Association.
Semantic Strategies brings these experiences together to help organizations, leaders, and individuals navigate opportunity, strengthen partnerships, communicate with purpose, and move initiatives forward with confidence.
